Join us in sacred community for a special ceremony to awaken your inner Goddess through powerful ritual, mindful intention-setting, and healing meditation. We will explore using Ayurveda (food-balancing) and Abhyanga (self-massage) to rebalance our nervous systems and reduce anxiety and overwhelm.
By incorporating these, and other, sacred rituals into your life, you can being to live a practice of healing.
PLEASE BRING A NOTEBOOK OR JOURNAL AND SOME THING FOR THE ALTER, SUCH AS FLOWERS, CRYSTALS, OR A SPECIAL TOTEM.

The ceremony will open with creating and adorning our sacred space, a circle of connection where each of us can feel heard, nurtured, and supported.
Central to the ceremony will be ancient rituals, such as free-dance, anointing with oils, saying mantras, lighting candles, making an offering, and a guided meditation.
A vital part will be sharing within the circle. Each attendee will have the opportunity to speak from their heart, sharing their experiences, desires, or challenges. As they speak, the rest of our sacred community will listen and witness without judgment, offering only our presence and love. This act of being seen and heard amplifies our connection and sisterhood.
As always, we will end our circle with gratitude, acknowledging the transformations initiated. Although full of ancient rituals, this ceremony is so much more than just ritual. It is a profound experience of returning to one’s truest, most powerful self, and re-awakening your goddess within.
